It’s so sweet to meet you!

I am a mom of two boys who were both born at home. When I was eight years old, I started telling everyone that I didn’t know what job I wanted one day, but I knew I would be a mom. It has felt like a high and wonderful calling and it’s helped me discover the joy of helping others enter this time of their lives with community around them.

We are meant to have people by our side for these special, beautiful, sometimes hard moments.

I’ve been a children’s pastor, a mental health worker, a nanny, a barista, and more! I’m a daughter, wife, mom, friend, and advocate and I get to use everything I’ve learned from these roles in being a doula.

I want everyone to have people in their corner and that’s why I want to be there for you!

I love birth and all the parts that have to do with having a peaceful, empowered, joyful experience.

As a doula, I am committed to helping parents and caregivers meet this stage of life with confidence. I’m here to help you make informed decisions and the best choices for your family.

Choosing me as your doula means:

  • Non-judgmental support

  • Trauma-informed care

  • Mental Health First Aid Certified support

  • Whole-person, holistic care

  • Neurodiverse inclusivity

  • Background inclusivity

  • Making choices for yourself

  • And being empowered in those choices
